They act as a turnkey solution for healthcare facilities and educational institutions, allowing clinicians and instructors to prioritize patient care. As one of the largest healthcare and education equipment providers in the country, they simplify the purchasing process by operating as a single source supplier of over 1,500 healthcare and instructional manufacturers.

Marketing Intern Position

The Marketing Intern position is responsible for supporting DiaMedical’s day-to-day marketing efforts through the execution of print and social media initiatives. This internship provides hands-on experience developing marketing skills and learning various marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Marketing team with the implementation of print and social media marketing plans.
• Schedule social media posts.
• Assist with the development of email campaigns and data cleanup.
• Assist with the production of TikToks.
• Monitor social media engagement and provide real-time feedback.
• Develop and update mailing lists.
• Execute sweepstakes.
• Support the maintenance of the intranet.
• Conduct market research and identify marketing plans to support seasonal events.
• Assist with tradeshow planning and logistics.
• Conduct competitive and trend reporting for social media.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of an accurate customer contact database.
• Research, maintain, and cleanse customer data in Excel files.
• Maintain confidentiality of all records, products, demographic information, website, graphic designs, and proofs.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field with a minimum 3.50 cumulative GPA.
• Expected graduation date between Fall 2025 and Spring 2026.
• Available for 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, during summer internships.

Skills and Experience:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint.
• Excel experience is a plus.
• Experience utilizing social media sites including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and deadline-oriented.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong internal relationships.
• Experience with copywriting, editing, and creative writing is a plus.
