Interns will be assigned to a department based on their skills and background and will have the opportunity to contribute to real-world projects, gaining valuable experience and developing their skills.

Job Description

As an ICT intern, you will:

• Gain foundational knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of technology solutions used within the automotive industry.

• Present to senior leadership: Gain valuable exposure to Senior Stellantis Leadership by presenting your project outcomes, activities, and completed assignments.
• Gain exposure to various IT areas: Work in one of the following IT areas:
• Manufacturing Technologies and Support
• Data Analytics
• Cloud Infrastructure, Networks, Databases, Servers
• Digital platforms, ServiceNow, RPA, Process and Test Automation, Citizen Development Tools
• Cyber Security
• Application design and creation

The goal of the Stellantis IT internship program is to create a pool of qualified candidates for future permanent positions within the company.

Eligibility:

• Pursuing an associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship.
• Must be willing and able to work in a plant environment.

Preferred qualifications:

• Majoring in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or related field.
• Completion of freshman year or higher at an accredited university by the spring of 2025.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher (based on a 4.0 scale).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels and with external partners.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven leadership in academic pursuits, extracurricular activities, or service organizations.
• Knowledge or interest in the automotive industry.
• Problem-solving experience.
• Interest in working within a manufacturing environment.
