Job Description
Summer 2025 Internship Program:
• Applications Close: December 6th at 11:59pm ET (May close earlier due to applicant volume)
• Program Dates: June 2 – August 8, 2025
• Time Commitment: 40 hours per week (Exact schedule determined based on business needs)
• Format: Opportunities listed require an intern to work from Playa Vista, CA.

Peacock:

Areas of Placement (May include, but are not limited to):
• Audience Development, CRM: The intern will support CRM campaigns across NBC, Telemundo, and ELG networks. Responsibilities include hands-on execution of marketing campaigns, partnering with various teams, and data-driven analysis. Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, articulate, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Experience with AirTable, Branch, Iterable, and/or Tableau is a plus.
• Demand Generation: The Demand Generation team focuses on promotional pricing strategies to acquire new subscribers and upgrade/retain existing ones. The intern will develop a deep understanding of customer behavior, provide recommendations on offer strategy, and conduct analysis on offer performance. Ideal candidates have experience in pricing, data analytics, strategy, and/or marketing.
• Platform Editorial: The Content Merchandising & Operations group curates and programs content, collections, stunts, and user interactions on the Peacock platform. The intern will receive exposure to all teams and have the opportunity to help with projects like platform curation, metadata optimization, and special stunt development. Experience with CMS and curating content for websites or video services is preferred.
Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
• Must be actively enrolled in a degree-granting program at an accredited institution during the program (June 2025 through August 2025).
• May 2025 graduates are not eligible.
• Current class standing of sophomore or above (30 credits).
• Must be presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and must not require work visa sponsorship from NBCUniversal.
• Must be willing to work in Playa Vista, CA.
Desired Characteristics:
• Students with class standing of junior or above preferred.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Strong interest in marketing, media, and/or entertainment.
• Excellent organization, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong writing and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
hourly Rate:
• Undergraduate student interns: $17.50
• Graduate student interns: $25.00
