HR Business Partner Intern Job Description

This internship offers the opportunity to contribute to Intel’s success by providing real-time, strategic employee relations engagement. You will be part of a cohort of HR Business Partners, collaborating and learning alongside your peers.

Key Responsibilities:

Empowering Organizations & Improving Work Environment: Analyze data and documentation to propose solutions that mitigate risk and improve the work environment.
Influencing Employees and Managers: Communicate effectively to influence employees and managers on the right outcomes for Intel.
Implementing Corporate HR Policies: Work closely with management to implement policies related to performance management, compensation, investigations, etc.
Coaching & Mentoring: Provide guidance to managers and employees at all levels to draw out insight, create new perspectives, and build commitment to action.
Cross-Intel Project: Collaborate with other HR Business Partners and interns to complete a high-impact project with high visibility to leadership.

Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and data analysis in Excel.

Qualifications:

Minimum: Active student pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field, or an M.B.A.
Preferred: 3+ months of experience in Human Resources.
