Job Description
This is an in-office role located in the Melrose store. The position is designed for college students and is open for 8-10 hours a week during the Winter Semester/Winter Quarter (November – February). The intern will report to the Marketing Partnership Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation: Create on-brand content for social media platforms (Instagram and TikTok) to engage the audience and showcase Hapa Kristin’s products.
• Social Media Management: Schedule and post content, monitor interactions, and assist in community engagement to build brand loyalty and community growth.
• Analytics and Insights: Track and analyze social media metrics to inform content strategies and report on trends and engagement.
• Campaign Assistance: Support the marketing team with planning and executing seasonal and product campaigns, contributing ideas to stay on the pulse of social media trends.
• Research & Trends: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, memes, and platform updates, suggesting innovative ways to leverage them for Hapa Kristin’s digital presence.
Requirements:
• Passion for social media, storytelling, and community engagement.
• Basic knowledge of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X, and Pinterest.
• Proficiency in visual content creation tools (Canva, Planoly, or similar).
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools is a plus.
• Love for fashion, beauty, or lifestyle content, and alignment with Hapa Kristin’s brand values.
