Influencer Marketing Internship
Overview: This internship provides hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing within the fashion industry, specifically focused on influencer marketing. You will work closely with the Influencer Marketing and Events Manager, gaining valuable experience in:
• Influencer Marketing Strategy: Contribute to developing and executing strategies to engage influencers.
• Event/PR Initiatives: Assist in planning and managing events and PR initiatives to drive brand awareness.
• Project Management: Manage tasks, track progress, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify emerging trends and competitors’ activities.
Responsibilities:
• weekly Order Placing & PR Box Send-Outs: Manage weekly seeding orders and monthly PR box send-outs.
• Daily Macro Influencer Outreach: Reach out to macro influencers daily for gifting opportunities.
• Track Influencer Activities: Monitor influencer posts and key metrics, collaborate with teams to report on sales and impressions data.
• Update Seeding Sheets: Track influencer posts, identify content suitable for paid ads, and ensure accuracy.
• Manage Influencer Lists: Add and assess new influencers for potential collaborations, monitor and adjust performance of existing influencers.
• Research Competitors & Trends: Research competitor activities, document successful strategies, and track emerging trends in influencer marketing.
• Handle Influencer Gifting: Schedule and manage personalized gifts for influencers.
• Engage VIP Influencers: Research and add VIP influencers to the global list, develop engagement strategies for these influencers.
• Event Preparation: Assist with planning and logistics for community and influencer events in LA.
Requirements:
• Previous internship experience in influencer marketing, event planning, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas informed by competitive analysis.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven event planning abilities.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the Gen Z influencer landscape is a plus!
• Proficiency in social media platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and platforms.
• Strong research skills to stay ahead of trending in the influencer and events space.
