Job Description: 12-week Summer Internship – Marketing & Product Development
This 12-week internship will provide you with valuable experience and knowledge within Delta’s marketing team and may lead to full-time employment. You will be an active member of the team, directly supporting the efforts of Delta’s marketing departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gaining a deep understanding of Delta’s global operations: You will learn about the company’s structure, strategies, and goals.
• Directly supporting the efforts of the Marketing Team: You will be involved in various projects and tasks, contributing to the team’s overall success.
• Exposure to other departments, partners, and experiences: You will gain valuable insights into other departments, partners, and industries.
• Individual ownership of a project: You will take the lead on a project that will allow you to develop marketing skills and learn about various marketing strategies.
Internship Areas:
• Integrated Ops: Focuses on project management, strong attention to detail, effective planning and time management skills.
• Insights, Data, and Analytics: Emphasizes data analysis, translating data into insights, and comfortable using visualization tools.
• Marketing Data Science: Utilizes skills in Python, SQL, AWS, and data visualization.
• Sustainability: Explores sustainability or purpose marketing and requires analytical skills to assess trends and consumer behavior.
• Sponsorships: Involves an interest in sports marketing, communications, and events.
• Creative: Focuses on graphic design using Adobe Creative Cloud, and experience with photography, typography, and brand identity.
• Global Product Marketing: Emphasizes project management, problem-solving skills, and previous intern experience.
• Relationship Marketing: Requires project management skills.
• Co-brand Marketing: Values adaptability, business maturity, and attention to detail.
• Internal Operations: Involves project management, attention to detail, and experience with course authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Captivate).

Minimum Qualifications:
• Undergraduate student enrolled in a 4-year degree program in marketing, advertising, public relations, journalism, mass media, communications, creative design, graphic arts, instructional design, or a related discipline.
• Must be enrolled during the duration of the internship.
• Able to work onsite in Atlanta, GA, for the 12-week internship program during Summer 2025.
• Experience with deck writing, presentations, project coordination, and analytics communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and adapt to unexpected tasks.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel; knowledge of SharePoint site administration and OneDrive is preferred.
• Willingness and ability to learn new skills.
• Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
• Prioritizes safety and security.
• High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
• At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Rising college seniors with a graduation date of Fall 2025 or Spring 2026.
