Job Description: Digital Marketing Intern
This is a paid internship opportunity ( $20/hr) lasting 12 weeks, from May 19th to August 8th, 2025.
The internship is a full-time position (8am-5pm CT) with summer hours ending at 1pm CT on Fridays.
You will be working with a diverse group of individuals from various colleges and universities, all driven towards the same goal: delighting customers and driving sales through multiple channels.

As a Digital Marketing intern, you will:
• Collaborate with the team on upcoming retail media projects.
• Create reporting documents.
• Conduct competitive analysis.
• Attend meetings with vendors and internal partners.
• Participate in the summer project with fellow interns (presentation to leadership).
• Help support the audit process.
• Assist with strategy projects as assigned.
The internship program is designed to cultivate future leaders and serves as a pipeline for top talent. You will work alongside seasoned Digital Marketing professionals, gain hands-on experience, and build relationships with internal and external agency teams.
You will also be exposed to company leaders through roundtables, your final project showcase, and other company functions.
This internship is ideal for someone interested in continuously learning about retail media, marketplaces, and marketing technology in a constantly evolving field.
Qualifications:
• Progress towards a bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Merchandising, Digital Retailing, Business Analytics, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong ability to multitask, work with a team, meet deadlines, create high-quality work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
• High level of initiative, motivation, positive attitude, and excellent attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Docs.
