Marketing Internship Description

This internship offers professional mentorship, leadership development opportunities, and support for future career growth. Interns will be matched to projects based on their abilities and current business needs, ensuring each project has strategic and/or operating importance to the business.

Summer projects may include the following responsibilities:

Marketing & Communication:
• Assisting in implementing promotional campaigns and marketing communication initiatives.
• Creating content, managing social media, and executing email marketing.
• Supporting digital marketing efforts like SEO and social media advertising.
Program Development & Management:
• Collaborating with the team to develop and implement marketing programs.
• Ensuring effective project management and timely delivery.
Market Research & Analysis:
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to gain insights and contribute to marketing strategies.
Marketing Materials:
• Assisting in creating and maintaining marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and sales collateral.
Continuous Improvement & Efficiency:
• Identifying and addressing areas to improve efficiency.
• Benchmarking with industry-standard methodologies.
• Learning continuous improvement methodologies and promoting improvement initiatives.
Sales Enablement:
• Supporting the execution of marketing/sales enablement initiatives to drive business results.

Start Date: May 12th or June 16th, 2025 (10-12 weeks, dependent upon student availability).

Compensation: hourly rate between $18.50 – $24.50, dependent on location (aligned to respective cost-of-living guidelines). A relocation stipend of $5,000 is offered if necessary (student must be located 50+ miles away from the internship location).

Qualifications:

Education: Undergraduate student completing a Marketing or Business-related degree between December 2025 and June 2026.
Experience: 0 years of work experience required; previous related internships preferred.
Skills:
• Consistent track record of results demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.
• Passion for driving change, achieving results, and navigating ambiguity.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
