Job Description: Marketing Internship

This internship offers a chance to gain valuable experience in the marketing field and contribute to real-world projects within Thermo Fisher Scientific. Interns will be matched to projects based on their skills and the company’s current needs. Projects will have significant strategic and/or operating importance to the business.

Responsibilities may include:

Marketing Campaign Implementation: Assisting with promotional campaigns, content creation, social media management, and email marketing.
Digital Marketing Support: Contributing to SEO, social media advertising, and other digital marketing initiatives.
Marketing Program Development: Collaborating with the team to develop and implement marketing programs, ensuring effective project management and timely delivery.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conducting research and analysis to inform marketing strategies.
Marketing Material Creation: Assisting with the creation and maintenance of presentations, brochures, and sales collateral.
Continuous Improvement: Identifying and addressing areas to improve efficiency and benchmarking with industry-standard methodologies.
Sales Enablement: Supporting the execution of marketing/sales enablement initiatives to drive business results.

Start Date & Duration:

May 12th or June 16th, 2025 (dependent on student availability)
10-12 weeks

Compensation & Relocation:

hourly Rate: $18.50 – $24.50 (dependent on location and cost of living)
Relocation Stipend: $5,000 (available for students located 50+ miles away from the internship site)

Qualifications:

Undergraduate student completing a Marketing or Business-related degree between December 2025 and June 2026.
0 years of work experience required; previous related internships preferred.
Consistent track record of results demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.
Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
Ability to champion change, drive results, and navigate ambiguity.

To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and should not require sponsorship (current or future) for employment visa status.
