Summer Associate Position: Strategy Team
This role offers an opportunity to join Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy team as a Summer Associate. This is a fast-paced, challenging environment where you will gain exposure to complex business issues and work alongside experienced professionals.
Key responsibilities:
• Developing cross-enterprise and business unit strategies
• Identifying opportunities for M&A and synergies
• Transforming workforces and workforce experiences
• Developing operational strategies across global supply chains
• Redefining work and who does it across enterprises
• Enhancing financial operations and enterprise value
• Implementing and managing change across people, process, and technology
Example projects:
• Building a growth strategy for bringing new products to market
• Defining a purpose-led social impact strategy
• Developing and executing an acquisition strategy
• Designing a work-from-anywhere playbook
• Designing digital threads for supply chain networks
• Architecting an enterprise operating model
Key Qualifications:
• MBA degree (expected graduation by Spring/Summer 2026)
• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Strong academic credentials
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Passion for driving positive change
