About the Sales Internship Program
Moody’s 10-week summer internship program is a premier opportunity for students to immerse themselves in a hands-on learning experience, guided by Moody’s commitment to integrity, excellence, and insight. The program takes place each summer from June – August and positions are available for undergraduate and select graduate students.

Job Description: Sales Intern
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate in small groups with other talented thinkers, including both interns and senior staff.
• Support the sales and customer service processes, making a direct impact on the business.
• Work with a diverse team committed to your growth.
• Learn and work with Moody’s various systems and processes, as well as Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Focus Areas:
• Fintech Sales: Gain exposure to the fast-paced world of Fintech sales.
• Customer Service: Understand the critical aspects of customer service that support all Moody’s products, including credit research, credit risk models, and enterprise risk management software.
Project Work:
• Work on real and challenging projects during the internship.
• Present your solution to a major business challenge at the end of the summer.
Programmatic Elements:
• Networking events
• Mentorship
• Leadership speaker series
• Volunteering events
Expected Hiring Rate:
• $35 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location (for US-based roles only).
To be considered for the internship program, applicants should:
• Be studying towards a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification, or a Master’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or another related field.
• Have a graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026.
• Be available to work during the program dates: June 2nd – August 8th 2025.
• Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Have a customer-centric mindset.
