Internship Program

The Store Support Center Summer Internship is a paid, 11-week structured program designed to expose students to the broader retail environment and future career opportunities. Interns are paired with a mentor within their department to provide guidance and support as they navigate the corporate environment.

The program emphasizes hands-on experience where interns contribute to Total Wine & More’s success through meaningful projects. Alongside their work, they’ll develop interpersonal skills and gain a broad knowledge of the retail industry.

Interns will conclude the program by presenting their learnings to Total Wine & More leaders, their teams, and fellow interns.

Analytics Internship

This program focuses on the critical role of analytics in driving business decisions at Total Wine & More.

Potential placements include:

Customer Analytics: Analyzing customer data to understand behaviors and optimize marketing strategies
Business Process Improvement: Utilizing data to identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements

Responsibilities may include:

Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on data from marketing surveys and customer research
Designing, monitoring, and measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotions
Communicating opportunities and successes based on data analysis
Creating reports showcasing trends and results related to key customer metrics, financial, and operational data
Collecting, consolidating, and analyzing corporate and store feedback to develop effective solutions

Qualifications:

A Fall 2025, Spring 2026, or Summer 2026 graduation date from a bachelor’s degree program
A continuous learning mindset and interest in working with numbers
Analytical and critical thinking skills
Team player attitude with strong communication skills
Exposure to data mining tools (SQL, R) and data visualization experience (Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, Looker) is a plus!

Ideal candidates will:

Be interested in using analytics to drive business decisions
Have a career interest in Marketing or data analytics
Possess an interest in the retail or CPG industries

Compensation:

The non-exempt base for this position is $25.00/hour.
Compensation may vary based on several factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
