Sales Summer Internship Program
This 10-week internship program is designed for current Juniors interested in a career in Sales. The program offers an immersive experience with rotations through key functions such as:
• Retail
• Category Management
• Sales Operations
• Sales Strategy and Customer Marketing
Throughout the program, interns will gain valuable experience through:
• Mentorship
• Networking events
• A final project
This program is a hybrid remote/in-person opportunity requiring interns to be able to travel to the Chicago office up to 3 times per week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external business partners.
• Support field Sales team with analytical data.
• Engage in customer meetings and participate in sales strategy planning.
• Learn from mentors at peer and leadership level.
• Present final project to the senior leadership team of the Sales function.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Demonstrated leadership abilities through on-campus activities.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Current Junior pursuing a degree in Business or related field.
