Job Description

JobMolex is seeking a Project Management Co-Op/Intern to join its Project Management team in Rochester Hills, MI. This role is open to candidates seeking either a part-time, year-round co-op or Summer 2025 internship position.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Support Project Managers with Product Test scheduling, planning, and execution with Global Test facilities.
Project RnD Spend Analysis: Gain exposure to financial analysis with Project Manager.
Shadowing: Opportunity to shadow Project Managers within the team, supporting project team activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other departments, including Engineering, Quality, and Product Management.
Project Lifecycle: Plan assigned activities through their complete lifecycle, including financials.
Molex PDP and Project Manager Responsibilities: Learn about Molex’s Product Development Process (PDP) and Project Manager responsibilities.
Technical Skills Development: Learn technical skills from support resources.
Molex Lab and Product Test Procedures: Understand Molex Lab and product test procedures.
Networking and Career Path Opportunities: Gain exposure to networking and career path opportunities.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in an engineering, business, or related technical degree program.
• Eligible for full-time employment on or before Summer 2027.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior internship/co-op experience.
