Wells Fargo is seeking talented individuals to join its 2025 Technology Internship Program. The program offers a ten-week orientation and training experience designed to provide undergraduate students with a blend of business and technical insights.

Job Description:

Software Engineer:

• Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and integrate applications. This may include enhancing or resolving bugs in existing applications, creating new applications, and working with ancillary technologies to support integration and data integrity.
• Focus: Technical evolution of services, working closely with enterprise architecture, product management, and partner teams.
• Environment: Typically operates within an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) setting.
• Tech Stacks: Java, .Net Core/ASP.Net, UI Frameworks (ReactJS, Node.js, Angular JS, JQuery, JavaScript), Spring Boot, GitHub, TDD/BDD, API, Microservices, Jenkins, Docker, Cloud Technologies (PCF, Azure, Google)

Data Engineer:

• Responsibilities: Create and support reusable frameworks, data warehouses, and analytics environments. Leverage common design patterns across traditional and big data solutions. Contribute to data integration, including developing data models, maintaining data warehouses, and writing scripts for data integration and analysis. Build and maintain optimized data pipelines for deeper analysis and reporting. Resolve data engineering issues.
• Focus: Data integration, analysis, and reporting.
• Tech Stacks: Python, MongoDB, MySQL, SQL, AI/ML, Tableau/PowerBI

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Energetic and proactive: A self-starter who is eager to learn and grow.
• Collaborative: Able to work effectively with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Required qualifications: 6+ months of work experience, demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Desired qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related STEM fields.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal).
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Involvement in extracurricular activities (volunteerism, student organizations, leadership roles, etc.).
• Demonstrated knowledge or experience with Java, cloud technology, .NET, Python, SQL, or related technical skills.
