Job Description:
The Finance Internship Program is a ten-week program designed to give undergraduate students a comprehensive overview of Wells Fargo. The program offers:
• Real-world experience: Participants will be placed in one of the finance groups listed above, working on real projects.
• Formal training: Participants will receive training in various finance disciplines, including onboarding, orientation, and ongoing learning sessions.
• Coaching and networking: Participants will be coached and mentored by experienced Wells Fargo professionals.
• Exposure to various business lines: Participants will gain insights into different areas of Wells Fargo’s business.

Qualifications:
• Required: 6+ months of work experience or equivalent experience.
• Desired:
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, expected graduation between December 2025 – June 2026.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Basic proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, SQL, and/or other analytics tools.
• Involvement in extracurricular activities, such as volunteer work, student organizations, study abroad, leadership positions, or non-profit work.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Applied Math, or Business Administration/Business Management. All majors are welcome.
• Demonstrated knowledge, interests, and/or experience in the financial services industry, corporate accounting, managing data and reporting, data visualization, and/or data analytics.
Program Details:
• Duration: 10 weeks, June-August 2025 (exact dates subject to change).
• Locations: Charlotte, NC; Minneapolis, MN; Dallas, TX; St. Louis, MO (subject to change based on business needs).
