Job Description:
This internship within the Finance & Administration Transformation group is an opportunity to work with a team of internal consultants shaping the future of Finance at Deloitte. You will be involved in high-visibility projects sponsored by the Deloitte CFO, helping to achieve long-term goals for the Finance organization.
Responsibilities:
• Execute Strategic Initiatives: Support efforts to identify leading practices, improve processes, enhance systems, and realign the Finance organization to realize opportunities.
• Create Presentations: Develop PowerPoint presentations to communicate various aspects of initiatives to senior Deloitte leadership across Finance & Administration and other functions.
• Develop and Modify Models: Create, own, and modify detailed Excel models to conduct what-if analyses and perform other analytical tasks.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work with staff, managers, and senior managers across multiple Deloitte functions and geographies.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in progress: Finance, Statistics, Economics, or Analytics.
• Expected graduation: December 2025 – August 2026.
• Age: Must be at least 18 years old at the time of employment.
• Limited immigration sponsorship available.
• Minimal travel required: The role is predominantly remote with the option to work from home or a nearby Deloitte office.
• Start date: January 2025.
Preferred:
• Strong academic track record: Minimum GPA of 3.2 preferred.
• Self-starter: Empowered and comfortable taking the lead on initiatives with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Strategic thinker: Ability to make connections across workstreams and matrixed organizations.
• Analytical and organizational skills: Demonstrated strong abilities in these areas.
• Communication skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, including facility with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfort with ambiguity: Ability to logically structure issues and determine recommended resolutions.
• Executive presence: Ability to work with and influence senior leaders.
• Detail-oriented: Ability to plan, prioritize, and make decisions on multiple time-sensitive projects.
• Commitment to integrity and confidentiality.
