Internship Program at Vista Host

The Vista Host internship program aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations. Interns will gain experience in various departments, including:

• Front Desk Operations: Handling guest check-in and check-out, managing reservations, assisting guests with inquiries.
• Housekeeping: Understanding cleaning procedures, maintaining guest room cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Food and Beverage: Depending on the property, interns may be involved in complimentary breakfast service, evening receptions, restaurant and bar operations, and catering for meetings and events.
• Sales: Learning about prospecting, negotiating group agreements, and managing accounts.

Interns will rotate between departments based on hotel needs, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
