Associate Product Manager Spring Internship – Job Description
This internship offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of Customer Decision Hub, a key product within Pegasystems. As an intern, you will be involved in various aspects of the product management process, including:
Responsibilities:
• Understanding Customer Decision Hub: Develop a strong understanding of the product’s capabilities and how it addresses client needs.
• Customer Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze customer feedback from different sources, including support tickets, user reviews, and client interviews. Identify common pain points, feature requests, and summarize key findings into actionable insights.
• Documentation & Tutorials: Create new documentation and tutorials to enhance user understanding and improve the product’s usability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to gather technical information and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Feature Testing: Support the testing of new and enhanced features to ensure all requirements are met.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Education: Upperclassman student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Understanding of basic programming principles and an interest in Artificial Intelligence, including machine learning, generative AI, and data science.
• Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills, passion for improving user experiences, strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights, basic understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodology, drive for continuous learning and development, and the ability to solve problems and identify creative solutions.
Preferred:
• Experience: Familiarity with customer feedback analysis and documentation practices.
