Job Description:

This role is a Marketing Intern within the Global Commercial Services division. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and creative individual with a strong understanding of marketing principles and a passion for the payments industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies: Design campaigns to engage existing customers and attract new prospects.
Create compelling content: Develop targeted content, offers, and creative strategies for commercial audiences.
Conduct market research: Analyze competitive landscapes and customer feedback to gain insights.
Data-driven decision making: Synthesize analytics and financial data to make informed recommendations.
Process management: Document and maintain marketing processes and product backlogs, prioritizing features.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with various teams including Product, Analytics, Technology, Legal, and Compliance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s degree program
• Graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated interest in commercial payments and marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn about the payments landscape and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in analytical and presentation tools (e.g., MS Excel, PowerPoint).

This is a paid internship with a salary range of $24.05 to $63.00 hourly + sign-on bonus.
