Summer Internship Program: Marketing

This 11-week paid internship program offers a unique opportunity to be fully integrated into a marketing team for one of L’Oréal’s 37+ brands. You will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, including:

Consumer Insights: Analyzing consumer data to understand market trends and consumer behavior.
Competitive Analysis: Evaluating the performance of competitors and identifying opportunities for L’Oréal’s brands.
Data Analysis & Dashboards: Creating and interpreting data-driven reports to inform marketing decisions.
Campaign Execution: Supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
Product Innovation: Contributing to the ideation and development of new product innovations.

You will also be responsible for leading an individual strategic project, allowing you to apply your knowledge and present your findings to senior leadership. This project could focus on areas like:

• Developing new marketing strategies for a specific brand.
• Identifying new market opportunities for L’Oréal’s products.
• Optimizing existing marketing campaigns for improved performance.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Expected graduation date between December 2025 and July 2026.
• Able to start working full-time in July 2026 upon graduation.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.
• Willing to relocate to any USA-based office that has a summer internship opportunity.

Stand-out Qualifications:

• Availability to work the entire 11-week program in 2025.
• Proven experience working in a professional, dynamic environment (previous internships, part-time work, freelancing, volunteering, etc.).
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and a strong interest in marketing.
• Established self-awareness regarding your own culture, identity, biases, and power/privilege.
