Operations Management Associate Job Description
This position is a training role designed to prepare individuals for leadership positions as plant Operations Supervisors within Cargill’s fast-paced production facilities.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Required:
• Post-secondary education: Pursuing a degree from an accredited program, graduating between May 2022 and May 2025.
• Canadian Forces experience: Achieving at least the rank of Master Corporal or equivalent.
• Relevant work experience: Four years of experience in operational, mechanical, and/or leadership roles.
• Legal entitlement to work in Canada.
• Proven ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Willingness and ability to relocate.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Flexibility to work varying shifts (including weekends and on-call duties).
Preferred:
• Degree in agriculture, business, or engineering (e.g., Animal Science, Ag-Economics, Ag-Business, Ag-Education, Agronomy, Food Science, Feed Science, Meat Science, Grain Science, Operations Management, Ag-Systems Management, Ag-Engineering, Supply Chain, Mechanized Systems Management, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Distribution).
