Job Description: AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program

This 4-month, paid program is designed to develop your sales skills and launch your career at AT&T. You’ll:

Receive world-class training: Participate in instructor-led interactive sessions.

Upon successful completion, you will be placed in an outside sales role. You can choose your preferred geographic location from a list of available markets.

This program is ideal for:

• Individuals with a passion for sales and technology.
• Those looking to kickstart their sales career.
• Candidates with experience in cold calling or a sales background (preferred).
• Individuals with a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field.
• Those who are willing to relocate within the United States.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions per year (when sales goals are met).
Sign-on bonus: $4,500.
Relocation bonuses: May be available in certain circumstances.
Housing stipend: May be available in certain circumstances.
