Job Description

This position involves performing a variety of test operations, utilizing both written and verbal instructions. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Performing test operations: Utilizing test methods and written or verbal instructions as required.
Obtaining reference documentation: Accessing necessary documentation (Test Methods, Specification Drawings, Schematics) for test execution.
Setting up test equipment: Setting up and operating all necessary equipment for testing and troubleshooting production equipment.
Performing tests on production models: Collaborating with Manufacturing and Design Engineering to ensure a smooth transition to production.
Fault isolation: Making adjustments and removing components for fault identification.
Operating automated test systems: Utilizing test software for automated test systems.
Keeping records: Maintaining production records, logbooks, and test data.

Schedule: Standard Monday to Friday 40 hour work week

Desired Skills:

• Experience testing hardware (Analog, Digital, and Power).
• Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) measurement equipment and techniques.
• Experience with test equipment like signal generators, oscilloscopes, volt meters, spectrum analyzers, power meters, and network analyzers.
• Understanding of VSWR and Noise interactions with RF Components.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
• Experience troubleshooting to the component level.
