## Job Description: Global Wellbeing Intern
This internship opportunity is within the Trust & Safety team, specifically the Global Wellbeing (GW) team. The GW team is responsible for developing, implementing, and measuring global strategies and programs to support and promote positive physical and psychological health within the Trust & Safety teams. This includes fostering healthy working environments, especially for those who work with potentially harmful content, and ensuring wellbeing for both in-house teams and outsourced partners.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with the coordination and implementation of employee wellbeing program initiatives across Mexico, South America, the United States, and Canada.
• Support the tracking and reporting of participation rates and overall site health.
• Collaborate with vendor clinicians to monitor wellbeing productivity targets and workload assignments.
• Gain knowledge of site-specific needs to recommend effective wellbeing programming interventions.
• Provide support in delivering evidence-based wellbeing solutions and recommendations to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Assist in organizing and delivering psychoeducational training on mental health topics within the region.
• Participate in wellbeing-related engagements, including regular business reviews and partner meetings.
• Support compliance efforts with country or region-specific legal and regulatory standards related to employee psychological health and safety.
Qualifications:
• Minimum Qualifications:
• Basic understanding of operations metrics and structure.
• Interest in supporting evidence-based health and wellbeing programs and initiatives in a corporate context.
• Background or interest in health psychology, behavioral science, or a related field.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in providing consultancy on complex topics to a range of stakeholders (can be from academic projects or extracurricular activities).
• Interest in learning about outsourced business partnership models.
• Familiarity with trust and safety operations workflows and behavior change interventions (can be from coursework or projects).
This 12-week internship program starts in May/June 2025 and offers hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths.
