## Job Description:

Giorgio Armani Internship Network Program – Fall 2024 (E-Commerce Operations)

This program offers students an immersive experience in the world of Armani, allowing them to gain hands-on knowledge of the brand and its culture. You will work within the E-Commerce Operations team at the Giorgio Armani corporate office in NYC, learning and contributing in a fast-paced environment. The program runs from September 16, 2024, to November 22, 2024.

Responsibilities:

Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth competitor analysis, providing insightful interpretations and recommendations to the E-Commerce Operations team.
Reporting & Data Analysis: Support the creation of weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports. Learn to manipulate and analyze data to extract meaningful insights.
Site Merchandising: Understand and execute site merchandising strategies for digital and commercial campaigns.
Commercial Strategy Development: Learn the planning and execution of efficient commercial strategies, including newsletter campaigns, copy optimization, and website content updates.
Performance Marketing: Assist in asset selection and analysis for performance marketing campaigns.
Trend Analysis & Market Research: Identify and analyze emerging trends, conducting market research to discover future opportunities.
Customer Feedback Management: Support the collection and management of customer reviews to identify actionable insights and maximize online revenue.
Online Product Lifecycle Management: Understand the online product lifecycle for seasonal buys, including publication and execution of site merchandising strategies.

Who You Are:

• Demonstrate a strong interest in understanding business and organizational goals, with a desire to learn about the world of Armani.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.
• Previous work experience or internships in related fields are a plus.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate program.
• Proof of school credit for the internship is required.
• Available to work a minimum of 3 days in the office.

This is an unpaid internship.
