## Job Description:
This is an unpaid internship opportunity for students eager to gain hands-on experience within the world of Armani. The program offers a comprehensive training curriculum focusing on various aspects of Human Resources (HR) within the retail, corporate, and hospitality industries.
Here’s a detailed breakdown of the internship program:
Intern Training Description:
• Introduction to HR in Different Industries: This segment provides a broad overview of the retail, corporate, and hospitality sectors, highlighting the unique challenges and opportunities each industry presents.
• Onboarding and Orientation: Participants will learn the importance of a seamless onboarding process and familiarize themselves with Armani’s company policies, culture, and expectations.
• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: This training focuses on sourcing potential candidates, conducting interviews, and extending job offers. It also explores strategies to attract diverse talent across the retail, corporate, and hospitality sectors.
• Employee Training and Development: The program dives into training methods for both soft skills (like communication and customer service) and technical skills (including point-of-sale systems and inventory management). The role of continuous learning in employee growth will also be discussed.
• Performance Management and Appraisals: Interns will learn how to set performance goals, provide constructive feedback, and understand the impact of the appraisal process on employee motivation.

Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate program
• Proof of school credit is required
• Must be available a minimum of 3 days in office
