Wells Fargo Technology Internship Program (2025)
Program Overview:
This program offers a ten-week intensive orientation and training experience for undergraduate students. It’s designed to provide a blend of business and technical insights, focusing on hands-on experience, real-world training, and professional development. Interns will be placed in roles within the Technology groups, where they will work on relevant projects and gain exposure to key leaders.
Roles:
• Software Engineer:
• Responsibilities: Application design, development, testing, and integration. This includes developing new applications and enhancements, resolving bugs in existing applications, and working with ancillary technologies for integration and data integrity.
• Tech Stacks: Java, .Net Core/ASP.Net, UI Frameworks (ReactJS, Node.js, Angular JS, JQuery, Java Script), Spring Boot, GitHub, TDD/BDD, API, Microservices, Jenkins, Docker, Cloud Technologies (PCF, Azure, Google)
• Data Engineer:
• Responsibilities: Create and support data warehouses, analytics environments, and frameworks. Contribute to data integration by developing data models, maintaining warehouses and environments, writing scripts, and building optimized pipelines for analysis and reporting.
• Tech Stacks: Python, MongoDB, MySQL, SQL, AI/ML, Tableau/PowerBI

• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
• Required: 6+ months of work experience or equivalent (training, military experience, education)
• Desired:
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date between December 2025 – June 2026.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal).
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Involvement in extracurricular activities (volunteerism, student organizations, study abroad).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related Technology STEM field.
• Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience with Java, Cloud technology, .NET, Python, SQL, or related technical skills.
