Job Description: Stanley Leadership Development Program – Finance

This is a two-year rotational program designed to accelerate the development of future leaders in Corporate Finance. The program is geared towards recent graduates with a strong academic background in Finance, Accounting or a related Business Field and experience in Finance internships.

As a Finance SLP, you will:

Gain Rotational Experience: Work in multiple rotations across Finance departments within the United States, gaining exposure to different facets of the business.
Contribute to Projects: Plan, manage, and deliver on assigned projects, working closely with functional business groups to ensure efficient and effective solutions.
Lead & Improve: Lead projects, ensuring compliance with business requirements and best practices. Identify areas for improvement and propose constructive changes.
Streamline Processes: Lead key Finance and Accounting projects aimed at streamlining processes and increasing working capital turns.
Analyze Data & Report: Gather, analyze, and report on Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics globally, and present project deliverables to the Executive Team biannually.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Passionate about Finance and a long-term career in Corporate Finance.
• Eager to learn, grow, and make valuable contributions.
• Adaptable and comfortable with innovation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate effectively across all levels of the business.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, and other applications in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willing to travel up to 25%, both domestically and internationally.
• Open to rotating work assignments, projects, and teams every 6-12 months.
• Comfortable with relocation for at least one rotation.
• 0-3 years of professional work experience, including internship experience.
