Job Description:

This is a Sikorsky Field Service Representative (FSR) position based in Lopburi, Thailand. The FSR will be located at the Army Aircraft Maintenance Battalion, Royal Thai Army Aviation Center, and will provide support to the entire RTA UH-60 Black Hawk fleet.

The FSR’s responsibilities include:

Inventory Management: Providing assistance in organizing an inventory system.
Technical Support: Assisting maintenance and flight crew personnel in answering technical and operational inquiries.
Troubleshooting: Offering over-the-shoulder guidance in fault diagnostics and the use of all Sikorsky OEM equipment.
Liaison: Serving as the liaison between the Customer and Sikorsky.
Problem Solving: Rendering technical guidance to resolve difficult and unusual maintenance problems, including troubleshooting, aircraft configuration, and capability, as well as coordinating engineering support.
Communication: Serving as the liaison to Sikorsky for the exchange of information regarding helicopter and engine maintenance. This includes notifying Sikorsky of urgent maintenance difficulties and/or material requirements to ensure rapid response to operator readiness needs.
Technical Interpretation: Providing technical guidance related to the interpretation of Sikorsky publications, including technical manuals, special instructions, and service bulletins.
Software Loading: Having the ability to load customer-specific software onto select avionics components.
Tool & Equipment Training: Providing guidance and instruction in the use of associated special tools and test equipment.
Training Needs Assessment: Providing assistance in identifying areas where additional training may be required.
Maintenance Program Analysis: Providing an analysis of the maintenance program and recommendations for improvements.
Safety Emphasis: Emphasizing safety precautions.
Modification Installation: Demonstrating the “best method” for the installation of modification and retrofit kits.

Key Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 7 years of mechanical and electrical experience maintaining Sikorsky UH-60/S-70 military helicopters.
Availability: Willing to provide On Call support 24/7.
Passport: Capable of obtaining/maintaining a valid U.S. passport.
Software Skills: Capable of loading software on avionic components.
Travel: Willing to travel in support of customer requirements.
Microsoft Office: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software.

Desired Skills:

Certifications: FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification, Federal Communication Commission (FCC) certification, Master Training Specialist certification.
Military Experience: US Military Quality/Production Control experience, US Army UH-60 Blackhawk maintenance experience.

This is a full-time position with non-standard 40-hour work weeks as assigned by the leader. Relocation is available.
