The commerce industry is booming, and TikTok is determined to become the commerce channel of choice for merchants, creators, and affiliates. This internship offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of online shopping on TikTok.
The internship program provides students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will help you explore your interests and lay a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.
This 12-week program begins in August and provides students with the opportunity to:
• Assist in providing end-to-end support for celebrity live selling operations. This includes data analysis, business strategy development, and internal communication.
• Conduct business analysis for creator-branded sellers. This involves supporting activities from incubation to recruitment and operations.
• Generate live best practices, learnings, and insights for sharing.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.
• Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Fall 2024.
• Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
• Strong understanding of live-streaming platforms, technologies, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Majors of economics and management are preferred.
