Engineering Internship:

Job Description:
Engineering Interns will rotate through various roles within Operations Leadership and Maintenance & Reliability Engineering. This hands-on experience exposes them to the diverse aspects of engineering within a production environment. They will learn from experienced professionals and contribute to real projects, gaining a deep understanding of how their work directly impacts the company’s success.
Potential Career Paths:
• Production Management Engineers: Lead production teams, manage processes, optimize efficiency, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Environmental Engineers: Oversee environmental compliance, manage wastewater treatment facilities, and maintain critical infrastructure like refrigeration and steam systems.
• Process/Project Engineers: Develop business cases, manage projects, optimize processes, and implement innovative solutions across various departments.
• Maintenance & Reliability Engineers: Ensure the smooth operation of production facilities by managing maintenance activities, improving reliability, and reducing downtime.

Internship Details:
• Duration: Typically 12 weeks.
• Compensation: Paid hourly with overtime eligibility.
• Location: Various plant locations across the US.
• Relocation: Willingness to relocate to different locations is required.
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, BioChemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biosystems Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Mining Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Packaging or other related engineering discipline.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree to be completed between December 2025 and May 2027.
• Right to work in the United States.
• Proven ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
• Geographical flexibility and willingness to relocate.
• Ability to complete a 12-week internship in Summer 2025 (May/June – August 2025).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous plant, production, co-op, or internship experience.
• Overall GPA of 2.7 or higher.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership experience.
