Job Description: Financial Analyst
The Lockheed Martin MFC NGI Finance team is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. This role involves assisting with program cost control and analysis, contributing to a variety of finance functions, and supporting the team in meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Support functional finance functions including establishing and managing program cost baselines and conducting Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis.
• Collaborate with Control Account Managers (CAMs).
• Contribute to monthly business rhythm, program reviews, and miscellaneous tasks.
• Assist in coordinating quarterly CSR processes, ensuring data accuracy and reconciliation with the EFS model.
• Participate in submitting customer Contract Data Requirements List (IPMR & CFSR).
Basic Qualifications:
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
Desired Skills:
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including proficiency in pivot tables and other advanced applications.
• Self-motivated, process-oriented, structured problem-solving approach, and strong attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVMS) procedures and policies.

• Lockheed Martin offers various work schedule options for employee flexibility, including standard 40-hour workweeks and condensed schedules.
• This specific position offers a 4×10-hour workday, with 3 days off per week.
