Job Description: UI/UX Designer

Sysdig is looking for a driven UI/UX Designer to join their team and contribute to their mission of leading cloud security globally.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain design system components, with a focus on visualizations and data representation.
• Document design processes, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality visualizations workflows within the product.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and ensure a user-centered design approach.

Qualifications:

• Portfolio showcasing experience with UI/UX design and design systems.
• Proficiency in Figma and strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with front-end development and how design translates into code.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points:

• Understanding of the B2B UX space.
• Experience with data visualization.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or design-related field.
