2025 Analyst Program:
The 2025 Analyst Program at Sumeru Equity Partners offers a comprehensive two-year experience for aspiring investment professionals. The program starts in July 2025 in the Bay Area (San Mateo, CA) and provides a fast-paced, hands-on learning environment.
Responsibilities:
As an Analyst, you will be involved in various aspects of Sumeru’s investment activities, working directly on deal teams:
• Investment Analysis & Execution: Participate in evaluating potential investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and supporting transaction execution.
• Portfolio Company Operations Optimization: Contribute to initiatives that enhance the operational efficiency and performance of existing portfolio companies.
• Thematic Sourcing: Identify and research new investment themes and opportunities within the technology sector.
Requirements:
To be eligible for the program, candidates must have:
• Completed a Summer Analyst role at an investment bank, management consulting firm, or investment firm.
• Eligibility to work in the United States. (Note: Sumeru does not offer sponsorships)
• Significant coursework in finance and accounting.
• Graduation in Spring 2025 with Honors.
Upon successful completion of the two-year program, Analysts are eligible for promotion to Investment Associate.
