Cardiovascular Specialty Solutions (CSS) Finance Apprenticeship:
Cardiovascular Specialty Solutions (CSS), a part of the Johnson & Johnson MedTech family, is seeking a Finance Apprentice. This role offers a Flex/Hybrid work schedule and requires candidates to be located within a commutable distance of Irvine, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare financial reports, provide insights on key drivers, and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Budget Management: Manage and support budget reporting for both actuals and forecast.
• Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
• Data Analysis & Tool Development: Analyze large datasets, develop tools to enhance processes, and provide insights to drive decisions.
• Capital Expenditure Management: Manage and evaluate capital expenditures and depreciation.
• Compliance Support: Support all compliance initiatives and activities.
• Business Partnering: Demonstrate strong business partnering skills and support ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications:
• Education: Current enrollment in a college/university pursuing an undergraduate degree is required.
• GPA: A minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA is required.
• Skills: Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel is preferred.
• Visa Status: Legal Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H1-B status) now or in the future is required.
Compensation:
The anticipated base pay for this position is:
• Sophomore: $21.00/hr
• Junior: $22/hr
• Senior: $23/hr
