Job Description: UKG Workforce Management (Advanced Scheduling) – Senior Manager
As a Senior Manager within the Oracle Consulting practice, you’ll play a key role in solving complex business issues from strategy to execution. This involves collaborating with a team of problem solvers and taking on responsibilities that include:
• Team Leadership: Encourage team members to share their opinions, deal with ambiguity, and provide open and honest coaching. Foster an environment where people and technology work together effectively.
• Client Engagement: Develop impactful client relationships by identifying and selling potential new service opportunities. Assist clients in implementing and supporting UKG application-packaged solutions to improve business processes.
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in leading functional and technical development efforts related to UKG products, specializing in reports, interfaces, conversions, and configurations.
Specific Responsibilities:
• Lead consultation efforts for the Workforce Management solution of Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) applications-based solutions.
• Assist clients in implementing and supporting UKG applications, specifically focusing on Workforce Dimensions (WFD) modules like Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Analytics, Analytics for Healthcare, and Mobile.
• Lead teams to generate a vision, establish direction, motivate members, and foster a culture of trust and innovation.
• Understand the common issues facing PwC clients across various industries.
• Define resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and collection.
• Prepare and present complex written and verbal materials.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
• Proven success in leading consultation efforts for UKG Workforce Management solutions.
• Strong client relationship skills, including networking, negotiation, and persuasion.
• Technical expertise in implementing and supporting UKG application-packaged solutions.
• Experience leading teams to generate a vision, establish direction, and motivate members.
• In-depth knowledge of the common issues facing PwC clients across industries.
• Expert-level abilities in leading functional and technical development efforts of on-shore and off-shore resources related to UKG products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
This role requires up to 40% travel.
