Job Description:

Thrive Apprentice – Retail

As a Thrive Apprentice, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our Retail operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of our business, including:

• Customer Service: Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information, answering questions, and resolving any issues.
• Order Fulfillment: Picking, packing, and shipping orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely delivery.
• Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate inventory records, receiving and stocking merchandise, and managing stock levels.
• Store Operations: Assisting with daily store operations, including cleaning, organizing, and merchandising.
• Team Collaboration: Working effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues, and contributing to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, receive and stock merchandise, and manage stock levels.
• Assist with daily store operations, including cleaning, organizing, and merchandising.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, supporting colleagues, and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional experiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
