Job Description: Technical Marketing Engineer Intern

About the Role

This internship will provide you with an opportunity to learn and contribute to the technical marketing efforts within Intel’s Data Center Group (DCG). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product engineering, marketing, and sales to develop and execute technical marketing programs that drive adoption of Intel’s products and technologies within the data center ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Content Creation: Develop technical content, such as white papers, presentations, and blog posts, that showcase the benefits and capabilities of Intel’s data center products.
• Competitive Analysis: Research and analyze competitive products and solutions to identify opportunities and threats for Intel’s offerings.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and opportunities within the data center industry.
• Technical Training: Assist in the development and delivery of technical training materials for internal and external audiences.
• Event Support: Assist with technical aspects of trade shows, conferences, and other events.
• Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of technical marketing projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of data center technologies, including CPUs, memory, storage, networking, and software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data center design and architecture.
• Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with technical writing or content creation.
• Experience with marketing or communications.
