Job Description

This is a job posting for a Responsable Audiovisuel position. The company is looking for someone to manage their audiovisual services across multiple hotels. This person will be the primary contact for clients and hotels, ensuring all their needs are met. They will also be responsible for the profitability of the service, which includes increasing sales and managing costs. Additionally, this person will be in charge of local marketing and sales development for their assigned hotels. They may also be involved in supporting the opening of new hotels.

The responsibilities include:

• Handling daily client requests and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Attending client meetings and conducting technical site visits.
• Proposing innovative and tailored solutions using both internal and external resources.
• Creating quotes in line with company policies and ensuring project profitability.
• Coordinating the overall delivery of services, managing resources (materials, personnel, logistics), and adhering to company processes.
• Reporting to management on the profitability and quality of operations.
• Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
• Leading a team of technicians and potentially an Assistant Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a BAC+2 degree and significant experience in project management, ideally within the entertainment, event, or hospitality industries. They should possess strong knowledge of audiovisual equipment, ideally with hands-on experience (having worked as an audiovisual technician or manager is a significant advantage). They must also have successful experience leading a team, excellent customer service skills (reactivity, availability, flexibility, adaptability), and be autonomous in their work. A strong interpersonal skillset is essential. Fluency in English is a requirement. As the company operates in the luxury sector, a well-maintained appearance is a necessity.

The salary range for this position is 47K-55K.
