Job Description

As a Banquets intern, you will be immersed in learning and assisting with the execution of the daily operations of all catering functions including activities with the catering sales and culinary teams. You will ensure all catering services exceed guest expectations, successfully present Levy catering services to guests in a manner that exceeds guest expectations and profitability, communicate client’s needs through timely and detailed written and verbal communications to ensure internal understanding/compliance and external guest’s expectation of services, ensure show quality standards are maintained at all times, employ good safety and sanitation practices, follow and enforce responsible alcohol service policies, and display a positive attitude towards team members. Other duties and responsibilities, as needed.
