They must be flexible, adaptable, and able to act decisively with little or no supervision.
The intern’s job duties include:
• Processing and approving a high volume of job requisitions to be posted on the Compass Careers Page and external job boards.
• Posting all assigned requisitions within 24 business hours after submission, adhering to process standards.
• Demonstrating best practices to ensure data integrity of job postings on both Compass Careers Page and external job boards.
• Ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and company policies for posting requisitions.
• Assisting the Recruiting Team with sourcing tasks as time and bandwidth permit.
• Completing other various assignments and projects as needed.
To be considered for this position, the candidate must:
• Currently be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar program.
• Have a very strong attention to detail.
• Be able to manage and prioritize a high volume of tasks.
• Possess excellent multi-tasking skills.
