AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid, 4-month program designed to equip individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to launch a successful career in sales at AT&T. Here’s a breakdown of the program:
Key Features:
• Sign-on Bonus: Participants receive a $4,500 sign-on bonus, with $2,500 paid within 60 days of starting and $2,000 upon program completion.
• Relocation Support: Depending on circumstances, the program offers relocation bonuses and a monthly housing stipend.
• Comprehensive Training: The program provides instructor-led interactive training, offering hands-on experience engaging with real customers, ranging from small business owners to multinational organizations.
• Real-world Experience: Participants get to apply their learning in real-world scenarios, honing their skills in customer service, problem-solving, and meeting sales targets.
• Competitive Environment: The program provides tools and connections to empower participants to become top performers within the sales team.
