## Job Description: Technical Management Trainee
This two-year program offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates with an engineering background (Chemical, Mechanical, Bioscience, or other relevant fields) to develop their technical and soft skills while gaining practical experience in Cargill’s food and bioindustrial business. The program provides a platform to:
Key responsibilities and learning opportunities:
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects: Improve operational efficiency and effectiveness by implementing innovative solutions.
• Take ownership of production processes and people: Gain hands-on experience with a significant portion of the production process, developing leadership skills and understanding team dynamics.
• Engage in safety and food safety initiatives: Contribute to maintaining a safe and secure working environment while adhering to food safety regulations.
• Join and participate in the Next Generation Graduate Program: Collaborate with other trainees across EMEA, building a valuable network and developing first-class skills.

Ideal candidate profile:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Bioscience, or other relevant fields).
• Up to two years of professional experience (including internships).
• High integrity and ethical standards.
• Fluent in English and an upper intermediate level of Dutch.
• Willingness to travel.

Selection Process:
The selection process starts with a self-recorded or live video interview with a recruiter. This is followed by a 1-hour practical task with the team (virtually). Finalists are then invited to a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager followed by a plant tour.
