Job Description:
This is a paid, 4-month sales development program designed to train and prepare individuals for a successful career in sales at AT&T Business. The program focuses on providing participants with:
• Instructor-led interactive training: Learn the fundamentals of sales and develop key skills needed for success.
• Real-world experience: Engage with real customers, ranging from small business owners to large corporations, to gain practical experience in the sales process.
• Advanced technology: Utilize cutting-edge tools and technologies to solve business problems and enhance customer service.

• Career growth: Gain exposure to a variety of sales roles within AT&T Business, preparing you for a long-term career path.
Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be placed in an outside sales role. The geographic preference for the placement can be selected during the application process.

Benefits of the B2B Sales Development Program:
• Sign-on bonus of $4,500, with $2,500 paid within 60 days of start date and $2,000 upon completion.
• Relocation bonuses and monthly housing stipends may be available.
• Competitive base salary of $57,000 per year, with potential for $23,000 in commissions based on achieving sales goals.

Requirements:
• Desire to launch a career in sales.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or a sales major/certificate preferred.
