Job Description: Manufacturing Support Team Member Sr
This position is based in Fort Worth, Texas and offers a rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional in Tooling fabrication. As a Manufacturing Support Team Member Sr, you will play a vital role in supporting Toolmakers by providing technical guidance and expertise. Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading and assisting Toolmakers with technical questions about the build process of Tooling and Laser Tracker Metrology.
• Occasionally traveling domestically and internationally to support Tooling efforts.
• Acting as supervisor when needed.
This position is a hands-on role that requires a strong understanding of Tooling fabrication, specifically with fiberglass and composite tooling, Gage Tooling, fixtures, and trim tools. You will need to be proficient in reading designs, interpreting tool functions, and working with Laser Tracker and SA software.

Key Qualifications:
• Experience with Tooling fabrication, particularly fiberglass and composite tooling, Gage Tooling, fixtures, and trim tools.
• Working knowledge of Laser Tracker and/or SA software.
• Proficiency in reading designs, Tooling, and engineering documents.
• Experience interpreting tool function as it relates to production part fabrication.
• Experience in manufacturing operations processes and/or production fabrication processes.
Desired Skills:
• 5+ years’ experience in Tooling fabrication, including Soft Tooling and Gage Tooling.
• Ability to create tool fabrication plans.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Material machining experience.
• Experience with systems like STARS, SFM, EDMS, PDM, and SFM, as well as software systems CATIA and SM.
