Job Description

We are seeking talented Industrial Engineers to join our team in Orlando, Florida. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Performance Management Team (PMT) in basic performance metric analysis, productivity improvement identification, and solution implementation
• Conducting process reviews (time-studies), cost reduction, process/product flow analysis, and capacity utilization studies
• Developing and assisting the team in executing modifications based on desired results
• Responsible for program floor layout planning and implementation

The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline and will be a US Citizen. Desired skills include:

• Knowledge of IE technical skills including facility layouts, simulation, data analysis, and process improvement
• Skilled in MS Office and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills

This is a full-time position with a 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week schedule.
