Specialist – Global Expense Reporting
Location: Hercules, CA
Job Summary:
The Specialist – Global Expense Reporting is responsible for providing support and expertise in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the company’s global expense reporting system. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the expense reporting process is efficient, effective, and compliant with company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to end-users on the global expense reporting system
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement training materials for end-users
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions for expense reporting needs
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies in expense reporting
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as accounting, finance, or computer science
• 3+ years of experience in expense reporting systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with SAP Concur or similar expense reporting systems is a plus
