Job Description:
Levy is hiring Concessions Technology and Operations Interns to support the development of the mobile ordering and Member Inclusive Menu (MIM) experience at Levi’s® Stadium during San Francisco 49ers games and other major events.
As an intern, you’ll:
• Work alongside guest service representatives, Levy staff, and the E15 group to provide the best customer experience for mobile app food & beverage ordering.
• Gather feedback, suggest mobile ordering app improvements, and educate/assist fans on using the app.
• Troubleshoot concession technology, including point-of-sale systems, before and during events.
• Prepare the concourse for event days, such as setting up line queues, preparing signage, and checking menu boards.
• Be the face of Levi’s® Stadium’s mobile ordering and concessions experience, assisting guests with orders and app troubleshooting.
